Shipping & Handling Policy

The Vermont Bowl Company and John McLeod Ltd. stores generally ship all in-stock products within 3 to 5 business days or sooner. On occasion we may be custom-making the product to fill your order, which will lengthen our delivery time. Should the anticipated delay be more than 14 days on any item, we will notify you.

Orders are normally received with 5-10 business days depending on your SHIP TO location. Rush delivery is available for a bit more, which will ensure that orders are received within 3-5 business days, depending on your SHIP TO location.

We make every effort to see that your order is received as quickly and safely as possible, and at the lowest possible price. In the rare event that your shipment is damaged, full guidance materials are included with each shipment that will instruct you on how to proceed. If you require further assistance our staff is available to assist.

Shipping Notes

• All products are normally shipped via UPS Standard Delivery.
• If you require Rush Delivery call us at 802-464-8175 for adjusted shipping charges.
• Delivery charges are based on the total value of merchandise shipped to a single address.
• In the case of an order being shipped to multiple addresses each address is charged as a separate single address.
• When it is necessary for us to split the shipment of an order due to inventory management, no extra shipping charge will accrue to the purchaser.
