The quality of our products is the hallmark of our business. and if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will make it right. All products have been inspected a number of times in the manufacturing process and finally carefully inspected before being packed for shipment from our store. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase follow the guidelines below.

Returns

• All shipments must be examined for shipping damage immediately upon receipt.
• Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hrs.of receipt. We will then resolve the matter with the carrier.
• Arrangements for the provision of a replacement item will be made with you.

• Should you find that the item shipped to you does not meet your requirements you can return any item purchased on our web site either by U.S.Mail, UPS or at one of our stores.
• After inspection a credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes.
• No shipping costs are refundable.
• Any such return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item.
• We strongly recommend contacting us before shipping an item back for credit or exchange.
